To change your plan, it’s recommended to clear any outstanding balances or unpaid invoices. Once your account is in good standing, you can proceed to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.

You can pay for a plan on Momentum using our secure online payment system, which currently accepts credit and debit cards as the primary payment methods.
How can I access my invoices?
Invoices for plan payments can be accessed in your profile. Navigate to the ‘Orders’ section to view and download your invoices. All invoices are automatically sent to the email address you provide in your profile details.
Are there any fees deducted from author earnings?
Momentum deducts a standard processing fee from authors’ earnings to cover transaction costs associated with payment transfers. The deducted fee is transparently displayed in your payment details. Please note that it is the author’s responsibility to declare and pay taxes on their earnings
How can I view my earnings and payment history?
Authors can access their earnings and payment history through the data dashboard in their author settings. It provides a comprehensive overview of downloads, earnings, and payment transactions.
When do authors get paid?
Payments are processed at the end of each three months (end of march, june, september and december). If your earnings reach the minimum payout threshold of 50 euros, they will be transferred to your designated payment method.

Is there a grace period after canceling to access content?
No, once you cancel your subscription, you lose access to downloading new content and additional licenses. However, you can continue using the content you downloaded during your active subscription according to the license terms.
What happens to my downloaded content after canceling?
While your subscription is active, all downloaded content remains accessible. After cancelation, you won’t have the option to download new licensed assets or additional licenses.
